Varsha Krishnan won Synopsis - paper presentation competition held by FMS Delhi. Her paper was on e-retailing illustrating future growth opportunities for non-profit organizations.

The quizzing wizards Vijay Pillai and Siddharth Natarajan won 2nd prize at both the Electron Quiz organized by NTPC and Prashnavali organized by IIT SJMSOM on the 10th and 28th of October 2007 respectively.

Nilay Chandra and Arpit Dhariwal won the Marketing Colesium event organized by IMT Ghaziabad. The contestants were asked to launch a product in a foreign country and make story board and print ads for the same.

Jagnoor Singh won the 2nd prize in Sans Peril event at MDI Gurgaon which was a core marketing event that involved STP for a mobile hand set in the Indian market, suggesting features, pricing, branding followed by the launch strategy through distribution channels.

Jagnoor Singh and Deepak Bhaskaran bagged the 2nd prize in the Global Forum held by ICFAI Mumbai. The event was a discussion on the emergence of the BRIC nations where Jagnoor and Deepak represented Brazil.
